Community Initiatives and Faith-Based
The Municipal Office for Community and Faith-Based Initiatives is an ally in the effort to help different organizations carry out strategies to contribute to the improvement of our quality of life. At the same time, it encourages the development of social service programs through public education, dissemination and guidance on the resources and aid available under the law.
This office has the purpose of guiding, educating and being a facilitator for third sector organizations to obtain federal and state funds through proposals and in this way they can carry out and carry out their social projects.
Services offered:
Coordinates technical assistance and training to non-profit organizations in their administrative strengthening and organizational development to achieve the expansion of their services and the achievement of their organizational self-sustainability.
Evaluates requests for assistance to different faith-based and community-based entities.
